How your data is protected
Nəbz works with your business’s sales data. This page explains, in plain terms, how we get that data, store it and protect it.
View-only access
We connect to your point-of-sale system (for example, iiko) with a separate user that can only view reports, not with an admin login. That user cannot change sales, menus or prices.
Login details are stored encrypted
The login and password you give us for your POS system are stored encrypted in our database and are used only by the daily refresh. No one who signs in to Nəbz, including your own account, can see them.
We don’t take your customers’ personal data
We don’t pull or store your customers’ names, phone numbers or card numbers. We store only figures totalled by day, branch and product: revenue, quantities sold and order counts.
Each company sees only its own data
Data is separated between companies by the database’s own access rules. When you sign in, you see only your company’s figures; queries for another company’s data are not possible.
Encrypted connection
Nəbz is available only over HTTPS, an encrypted connection.
You can cut off access at any time
If you delete the user you created for us in your POS system, Nəbz can no longer refresh your data. You don’t need our permission to do that.
Services we use
Nəbz data is stored in a Supabase database, the web app runs on Vercel, and the daily refresh runs on GitHub Actions.
